Presenters:
Maria Jose Prieto, PhD - Bilingual and multicultural neuropsychologist. She performs assessments of brain functions to develop a neuropsychological profile of children, adolescents, and young adults in English and Spanish. She is also a Member of the Psychiatric/ Psychological Evaluation Appointment Panel for the Marin County Superior Court.
Regina Vindel - Bilingual and multicultural Workforce Supervisor at Canal Alliance, where she leads two of their six pathways: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) and Latinos in Finance. Regina collaborates with College of Marin and other entities to ensure successful job placement for participants in the Latino community.
Ana Tafolla, LCSW - Bilingual and multicultural clinician. She works as a Family Support Specialist at Marin Community Clinics, where she works with adolescents and their families within a primary care setting.
Elaine Tannous, LMFT - Bilingual and multicultural clinician. She works at Canal Alliance where she manages the programmatic growth of the clinical team and provides direct therapy services mostly to the Latino (im)migrant community.
