Biography
I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing individual, couples, and family therapy in Marin County, California.
My approach is to provide empathic, warm, and collaborative care. I treat people of all ages and presentations in my practice. My goal is to meet you or your family where you are. I want to understand your struggles as best I can so we can navigate the path forward. I will provide a safe space to discuss wherever you may be at this time. For some, I may mostly listen, for others I may offer skills and creative problem solving approaches. Together, we will create a balance that is right for you.
Based on my educational and clinical training, I specialize in treating the following:
- Anxiety and Depression
- Relational Problems, Attachment, Codependency

I have trained extensively in individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention. I have worked in hospitals, clinics, non-profits, college counseling centers, and schools.
My therapeutic approach is informed by my humanistic and psychodynamic training. I also draw from other modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, coaching, and mindfulness.
